Problem with access

When I try to get into the server I occasionly (more often than not) end up with this:


Web Utilities
WebShell3


DB Utilities
phpMyAdmin - Admin interface for MySQL
phpPgAdmin Admin interface for PostgreSQL

Change your POP3 password

Very nice if I knew the passwords, but as it is, it just means I cant get at my stuff...

I have tried skipping the main page and going to index.php self.php etc...but it doesn't work...
