WHY iam auto-banned for cheating??

today it was happend 0naq on account (all in bank) after raiding and so i have scrap all the weapon i have (100) -- and my account show me negative amount of naq ... so i wait next turn in a few minutes .. and was auto-banned --- wrote a mail at gameAdmin but no answer or so ---- HELP ---

If you haven't had a response after a reasonable amount of time and/or multiple emails, you should email the urgent enquiries:

Either nobody is responsible or not validly

Why then such an auto-banning function if installed because no one can do anything just because the system has faults

I am after a week and a few useless respond really frustrated
