Ascended Race Change

I read this in the section for changing races:

"NOTE: You can change advanced race to advanced race as long as you have race changes left to use. There are no ill effects."

and I was just hoping to get some clarification on what that means.

Does it mean that if I change from System Lord to Tollan the only thing that will change in my account will be that name and absolutely nothing else and I wont loose anything for doing it?

I just used 4 of my 7 Race changes to switch between all of the ascended races a few days ago, I can assure everyone that changing from one ascended race to another only changes race and benefits.
