Pseudo-Vac mode?

Basically...
I went on PPT about half an hour ago... since when my rank has become 0, and I am no longer allowed to trade on the market for anything and Xeen says I've been banned.
Apparantly I used a plug-in or something... which I swear I did not do.
Please please please tell me what's going on!

It may have had something to do with trying to log into SGW from my phone.
Already sent SGW an e-mail...
No responce.
Oh well... I can just focus on my ascended account for now.
