rofl umm ok i was actually accepted lol, my forum name obviously isnt my ign nor is it the name i used on the pi forums, both myself and my commander were accepted a few months ago, but were told to wait till the war is over lol

hmmm interesting,
My personal viev on the matter is that if some1 respects their naps they do the "extra" mile needed to check not to fuss them too much off by protecting snipers, enemies and so on.
I also run TDL under that viev.

A while ago 2 of our members left, both with alterior motives meaning one, to have a personal vendeta against a former tle member, and the other to have an alliance with his RL mate. While being out of the empire they executed a few hits on our naped alliances thus p1ssing them off a bit. When they requested to return to their home, they had to wait for the other side to get the resonable retribution.
First got accepted after being descended, and show attack logs free of those naps for 19 days, the other after being massed for a single naq hit, and matter considered closed.

I think it comes down to a few thngs.. one.. dont do to others what you dont like being done to yourself... regarding this, and two... its sometimes better to recurit slow, and do a good investigation to a new adition to your family, as oposed to getting numbers fast, missing a few details and stepping on some toes.

Naturaly theres always diplomacy.. to correct mistakes that can be done in haste, but it can only go so far be4 some1 blows, calls all bets off and vents a bit, if it keeps reocuring.

anyhu just my 2 cents on the matter, as i was linked to it and have noticed a certain trend of such things going on lately. While per say its not against "rules", it introduces a totaly new type of warfare into the game, which i doubt any1 would like, and would lead to a much darker future for all.

A) an alliance of ppl who left u out to dry during the last server war (Pi)
B) TLE's DD listed individuals, whom we WILL not simply let go (Pi)
C) individuals in an ongoing vendetta where they think tags will save them (Alpha)

but meh, i guess TLE considers others before making its decisions

@judo as far as i know both of them placed only a few hits, judging from their known strike compositions, on a low lvl defs.. and for probably quite a decent naq out.. I cant realy blame them for that, but like i said fair is fair and wait it out, and they did.

We got cases.. of some1 being out of the alliance, 1 day back in another day... while minimassing and farming our members in those few hours

And while on it, i wouldnt be so quick to place judgement calls if i was you
