I was told that FSS is given after about 2-3 months. I've been here about 2 1/2 months now and still don't have it. What's the deal with it?

that isn't true at all, you can either buy it, get some1 else to pay for it, trade 1k G&R for it, or ascend and you'll get it, but you won't get it for being here for a certain time period
