its not the first time the autoban goes crazy and bans loads of ppl, its probably too strict, or maybe you bought some resources from someone that was cheating, without you knowing it, and the auto ban traces the resources and just bans ppl that have it

i dunno, if it does that, im just here guessing lol, but i hope everything turns out ok for you caesar, and fast ofc, cause you are loosing resources cause of it

I agree, i dont know who has ACCUSED caeser2 of cheating but i know personally he hasnt. Hes a great friend of mine and if he had cheated he would certainly have told me!

Rather than suspending caeser2 you should look more heavily into the person accusing him, if its a member of fuall then id insist any suspicion about caeser's activities be dismissed! for reasons we all know of.

At the very least inform caeser on what grounds you have suspended him, its unfair to suspend him when he doesnt even know whats hes done. for all he and us aswell know there could just be no reason for it at all and he hss just been suspended to slow him down as stated before.

Anyway id like to wish you luck caeser, hope its all sorted soon and i look forward to seeing you in game again.

Well this sucks - Caesar I hope you get found innocent real soon - I am sure you are.

Everyone is correct you are innocent until proven guilty - so why cant admin do the following with accounts been under suspicion of been cheaters

1. permanent PPT until the account is either innocent or quilty

2. removal of the market for them until they are innocent, that way the resources wont be able to be moved on.

3. if another player has accused someone of cheating - their account is also put on permanent PPT till the matter is finalised.

4. either player gets banned depending on the outcome - accused cause he is a cheater - accuser cause he tried to abuse the system.


But I dont believe Caesar is a cheat.

As to too much farming on FUALL - that would be breaching the NAP - so that couldn't be the case.

the thing is, he was probably suspended by the autoban function, no one accused him or suspended it manually, the autoban function works and is necessary, thing is, jason needs to work on it a little bit more

for example like robe said, when suspending an account it should give the why it was suspended, im guessing it has coded several options that get an account suspended, so the one that does it should be print out to the person trying to log after that, so the email to admin could be better explained on what happened, thats just my opinion, ofc it probably has a log that logs what happened, but still the person in question should be aware of that, b4 even contacting admin

While I think refunds are only fair I believe with regards to naq/UU recouperated There should be a % given back rather than the full amount for example 75% because you cant guarantee such a player would have been able to keep all of the income/UU.

So a 75% is a not too unfair but also not an unreasonable arbitrary percentage.

Its like saying all updates that are a plus for some ppl and a minus for others mustnt be there...lets keep it fair...

I really think players should be told why they are banned, what they are under investigation for, and how long the investigation will take.

I know there is no natural justice in a game, but simple communication would reduce the number of conspiracy theories, and its also good manners.

I also think that an overveiw of what actions trigger the banning might help. I know several people who have been hit and lost their SS and never been given it back. A little communication goes along way.

It would help keep people from blaming their "enemy" or who ever else is convenent for something they had no dealings in, but meh. Admins always been quiet by nature.

I highly doubt the admin would banned someone under pure heresay of another. Unless this person or persons acually had HARDCORE evidence to support their acusation then it isnt likely.

Like some have said it is most likely a autoban feature, or maybe you've recieved resources from a multi or cheater that recently got caught. Either way I'm sure the admin is working on the case and reviewing all the evidence to conclude a through investigation.
