on the contrary, i asked someone i trust and who has alot of potential to replace me so i can focus on my deltan responsebilitys.
silverburn is a more then capable to lead the alliance

so i wasnt replaced due to lack of conidence, i got someone to replace me who we trust to do a good job with it
