Hmmm this is new

Ok well I was busy attacking and came across this guy..

well..there is always a possibility that he bought it,
27tril would cost around $190, but i wouldn't spend that much on naq...
he could had sold some uu's like 40mil to get that..
if he didn't buy it then i don't know how he would have got it..

I donno :) maybe he did :) but he has no CO either so that rules out saving for over a year :P

Well considering he had a 53 mil size army not to long ago, seeing a sudden decrease in army size and a large amount of Naq sitting in the open, should be that difficult to work out.

this guy went from ppt to vacation mode and then from vacation mode to ppt. i tought you have to wait 1 day after the ppt to go on vacation mode.

I think you can buy a PPT with Infusion/SS/USS and get around waiting 24 hrs.
