Yeah I don't think admin will change it due to the fact that we don't actually know what the name means.
Maybe they love the colour black? Not that i'm accepting their name.

Only other option is to sit on them.

2 of them are in normal, 3 are in perg, however the 2 in normal have close ID's.

Seriously.. I think I am going to file a complaint against the Dark Dominium Empire. Dark is another word for black, so they are racist too. Waa waa, etcetera etcetera.

There's no "I am right you are wrong" on that one: we don't know the context..so we can only suppose.

There's been a much worse case in sgaw.
Someone used swear word in his name to insult another player (apparently?), under alliance called Klu Klux Klan. Former name was White Power. After report insisting on that on sgaw forums from some of us, admin banned him ingame. Finally.
But there, it was more obvious, and logical. And that guy even sent a pm to one player that he came out of jail after that player declared war on him.
So perhaps there won't be anything happening here, as it's matter of context.

It's crazy.

If players cannot accept someone's name while that name not being in direct violation of the rules (this one clearly is not in violation of the rules..) then let the players act upon it.

Why admin has to clean up the objects of your whininess is an enigma to me.
Do it yourself. Mass him, sit on him, force him to change his name.. don't whinge and call on admins to fix things you can fix yourself.

Weilandsmith asked me to post this on his behalf so that he can explain his reasons for posting this.

The word black, by itself, is not the reason why I posted this here. The word black, followed by killer, is why I reported the name.

Black can be associated with almost anything such as Black Knights, which makes the name seem cool or black depression which defines a rather severe case of depression.

However, when you use the word black with killer and come out with black killers, then there is some question as to what exactly the intended meaning is.

Let me state that I did not find the name offensive. I merely thought of other people's reactions to the name black killers.

This is the reason why I used the term "politically incorrect". If you comprehend what I have written in my definitions and examples, then you now understand what politically incorrect means.
