should be a better method of knowing when a player is of ppt like option to message them on the rankings page, becomes a pain searching throught all these people

then don't bother. You only need to search through them all if you want to farm them 1st... therefore get an edge on every1 else. If you cant be bothered, then you don't deserve that edge..
This is just a way of giving a boost to those willing to put the effort in.. and theres a pattern to it, if you care to look =)
