maybe not 2x the UU out, but still 2x as long to find someone with suitable UU for your standards (be what they may)

Sarevok is right...Basicly to suit my standards I need to get an average of 500UU/AT and for that the target needs to have at least 400k UU - 100kUU more than before and targets with like 5k UP do need time to build up to be worth of raiding again and like sarevok said - u need 2x longer to find someone with enough UU out to make it suit ur standards...
