He didn't seem like the scammer type to me when I had a conversation with him. He was a bit.. odd. One digit could be off as well seeing as those chat logs only show that he showed the broker multiple times and you could not reject it. Just ask him to reset it. If he sets the same again, then slap him.

I was teasing him, but yah, he was trying to get 7 mil uu off me for 710 bil, several times = scammer, or a "try'er" if you want to give him a better name so when trading with him, make sure you get the right amounts
