For some reason I cant log in. Does any one know why. I've been trying for a while. I hope I'm not suspended again :( . Any help would be appreciated

No idea, but i doubt you have been suspended as you havent been thread of shamed to my knowledge, it could be something to do with the slow down.

I think masking is when you pretend to be somone else, like if I were to go to the chat room while I was banned and pretend not to be myself there so I wouldn't be rebanned.
Not that I would do that though.
