Im pretty sure weapons sabotaged isnt being added to total Military XP, I made a post about this a while back... kinda around the time of the last big update, with orbital platforms and what-not.
I think there were a couple of other 'Rankings' which arent included in total Military XP too... I'll try to find the topic and bump it maybe.

and if you lifer someone, the AC you kill with them dont get added... imo the should, especialy with a 3:1 loss ratio... i got too many lifers
