G and R bug?

G and R bug?
I have been in the G&R range for about a week now in the 900's, and I have just noticed that I have not been recieving G&R. I am assuming that this is some sort of bug.

As Colton said, if you use Nox, you not only do not gain any G&R, but you in fact lose 1 G&R point per turn that it is on.
