Unfair warning

I beleive I have been unfairly warned over a Question I asked universe the question was "how can you smile in a coma?" in this thread.

it was in reply to Universes comment that she could smile in her sleep this question has been deemed as "an unacceptable insult." by Jack.

i have presented your case to the admins, they will make their ruling when they get the chance to. i will inform you about their descision when i recieve their ruling. the ombudsman does not descide about cases he merely represents his ruling to the admins

the 4 admins (baszy,buck,lord and robe) have ruled that the warning remains valid. this has been done for the following reason:

- they did not concider your reply refering to the smyle'ing while sleeping post made by universe and see it as a RL insult towards her.
