but the scammer is very clued up with our detail, talks and acts like us, is one of us, so be very aware ppl

Could this be recognised as a form of identity theft? If so surely there are other forms of legal action we can take against this guy (paypal would have alot more fun and legal backing against this guy if it is more than just scamming, if it is identity fraud, then its a whole other ball game), what are your views?

If you have an email address and you don't know who it belongs to, then try using the search on the forums, it really DOES work.
