considering the current situation you might think yes

taking into account the speed at which the storyline has been progressing over the course of the series (from ep 13 or so onwards) i get the impression that a conclusion may be reached in the next 2 episodes

however, i hope there is, because if a conclusion is reached it would leave me dissapointed tbh.

i didn't see his code

if anything i would assume he would be B.B, as on a QWERTY keyboard c and v are followed by b.

also, the way CC talks to lelouch is similar to the way she spoke to marianne who was "dead". also, prior to his death lelouch's geass activated in a similar manner to the way mariannes did

Sunrise made if look like hes both dead and still alive. Its hard to really tell. They say that he might have gotten Charle's code when he killed him in the World of C. Only an Immortal and transfer memories by touch. Why would Orange smile if Lelouch was just killed? CC did tilt he head up while speaking on the back of the cart, but was she talking to the driver or looking up at the sky? We may never know... Either way its still got the best story line I have seen so far...

downloaded it all a couple of days ago and i'm watching it all over again
