I was getting attacked but couldnt return fire for nearly 20 minutes until after the turn change.
Neither player had negative naq or uu.
This is the message that showed when I tried to attack.

I THINK what may have happened is that the game thought the UU that were brokered were still in my account but out of my account at the same time so making me in negative - which I wasn't.
Robe tells me she spied me and that nothing was showing up as negative yet that's the usual response for hitting a player that is in the negative. And of course I wasn't auto banned.
