If you had included your statement in a post that was on topic then I could see an issue with the warning. As it is however I have a hard time arguing against a warning.

But to answer your post, no you can not mindlessly flamebait/spam a thread and expect to get away with it.

It was a mindless flame that was nothing more then spam. The topic is about threads or posters, it's about a war. Your post was about a poster getting banned. There is nothing left to say on the matter, you're just trying to weasel your way out of a warning by any means possible. you admitted to wanting to make a funy about JT in the topic itself. the post was unneeded and did not contribute to the discussion.

you can apeal this descision with the forum admins
