I would like to have the Hologram planet defense ....if I click Race Technology Path / Weapons & Techs Examples then Ancient:
Attack Weapon: Equipped Military Fleet,
Defense Weapon: Targeted Spacial Distortions,
Unique Tech: Ascended Blessing
would this give me the holographic planetary defense ? btw I am SL now

This isn't a suggestion - Its a question
And the answer is... NO! You cannot, chose ANYTHING unascended will make YOU unascended and you have to ascend again to go back to your former glory. Do NOT do what I did 2 weeks ago...
Suggestion-wise
Why not make ascended races customisable?
Such as... For example if I'm AG might choose
5% Income
10% Attack
10% Defense
5% Covert/Anticovert
----------------------------
Troop Regeneration (15%)
----------------------------
It'd be a nice addon for the new race updates

probably wont happen cause of the extra programming and the potential for exploits and bugs. The race customization that has happend thus far has already made set backs for the thinks the creator was already working on.
