Well it sounded like you had assumed i found he was a multi. But if I had I would have posted it in the thread.

All i've had from phil2 is a peace setting after i set him to war. That's it.

I suspect an account named phil3 could be an account he set up and doesn't use, but beyond that I don't really know anything about this.
