Pall Malls. I have been smoking them for years now. Started at 13 about to be 19, and I need to quit but its hard because if I tried to quit i'd kill my co workers because they are a bunch of lazy mean people.

Its' funny Pall malls are the new cheap cig. They have been around for years but ever since the taxes went up tons of people switched to the slow burning goodness.

As for the health issues smoking is bad for you obviously. Though the effects of smoking are overplayed. Say you don't smoke and have a heart attack at 70. If you smoke you will have it at say 65. That is one thing that I don't like about smoking. Everyone over plays the health risks. The only thing smoking does is exacerbate pre exsisiting genetic dispositions for certain health ailments. So you end up shortenting your life but you would of died from the same thing anyways. Smokers and non smokers all take the same damn blood pressure and cholesterol pills so to me its hard to blame smoking for all the worlds problems just like everyone else.

But! I do want to quit but its hard I wake up and my chest says I need to be re paved! i gave it a go a couple times but i never really stuck with it. Good luck and congratulations to all the ones who have quit or are trying to quit. Me, I ready for a smoke.

you do know quitting after around 2-5 years worth of use makes you more susceptible to cancer than smokin for 30 yrs. lol you just cant be chainin down with about two packs gone in less than 16hrs of the day

well personal experience yes i do. medical reliability on the issue its he says she says. my dad smoked 30 yrs+. me i smoked 2 years quit then about 6 month later boom i had my pulmonary embolisms. hard to explain wish i could get the paper work so you could read what the "scientific Arabian doctors" wrote on my charts. but it is the same principle as getting callased palms. you work with your hands everyday and finally build up some resistance to the tool your using. then all of a sudden you stop using that tool and wait a few months then the callases malform and start being painful? am i not right on that one? all tissue adapts but when put back to normal conditions something isnt right.

and i hate anyone who hates smokers because they have no idea wat they are talking about and how to deal with life besides playing games of all sort instead actually making something of themselves.

but yes mordack i believe my doctors he says she says is pretty close to being accurate. whats your msn because i can actually explain to you about what happened last year and why im sayin ull be more seceptible.

I started at 13, being a stupid kid, roped in by peer pressure. A few weeks later the individual who encouraged me to smoke quit, and never smoked again. I haven't fully shifted the habit still, at the ripe old age of 22. Must give up. The body has suffered because of it.
