(Someone told me of an 60 dollar extra charge, that only shows up on the bill statement, so thats why im asking)

On the odd occasion I spend money on sgw, I always use the INGAME blackmarket offered by admin, and have never used paypal

for I do not have one, and I have never gotten a $60 service fee of any sort
