This has been posted by my alliance leader in the HR thread but i thought i'd just post it here as a matter of neutrality and not to mention that I respect this as a proper tactic to find their enemy.
The Random massings may seem a bit harsh but this is a game after all and DDE are self proclaimed bad guys.
Honestly how can people start to compare them to nazi's, this is a tactic that has been used by alot of countries when trying to deal with guerrilla warfare. Basically just beat up anyone they suspect to be members of the opposing forces until they find them, seeing as this is a war game everyone with FSS would be able to contribute to each side so therefore everyone is a suspect.
You'd think people who have been playing a text based war game for years at this stage would be able to see and accept a proper military tactic without moaning and comparing it to some of the worst atrocities mankind has ever committed.

The 4 Spheres will have no part in this on either side.

We haven't let go anybody and we aren't holding anybody, we just stick to the posted policy..

I suggest you go read the thread then. Your thread I mean. There are posts of alliances saying they have no 1hit policy, followed by posts stating that they are therefore not on HR's hit list. However, just to prove it to you, here is an example:

i Have only read half of this topic, so i am unsue as to if it has been mentioned, but Eternal Knights & co do not have a massing policy in plave whatsoever, only massings are on the back of ones we cop from one hit policies etc, so we hereby declare that we are not interested in fighting in this war (quite frankly were still patching up form DxM)

Noted and confirmed that Eternal Knights are therefore not a target.

Pretty clear cut case here. Post, followed by acceptance and REMOVAL from target list.

As for the statement Q is massing random alliances, not so, he is massing anyone who may be connected to HR since you won't say who is. You can state you can only say for Yggdrasil all you want, all that means is that you are too low on the HR food chain and command structure to be of use here.

Go tell your HR superiors that when they are prepared to announce who their alliances are, we are prepared to fight them. Until then, those you are trying to protect from the "big bad FUALL"... well then they have the opportunity to distance themselves from you here. If they chose not to take that opportunity, so be it but you will note that many are taking the opportunity and for that, we are thankful as it helps keep down the collateral damage caused by HR's vagueness.

Yes, alliances are confirming, that they do not not have a MAD massing policy, as alliances are posting here, they are not/do not want to be a part of this. What is there supposed to be clear or unclear about that? And what is wrong with people posting in our thread and so right? They are posting because of the same reason, no wanting ot be a part of this.

How can Mr. Q know which alliances are likely connected? If he does not know, then he is guessing, which means random.

Then there appears to be confusion in HR, given that at least one HR leader has mentioned that there is a High Council for it. Additionally it would appear that HR is allowing Robe, as a spokesperson. So either each HR alliance speaks for themselves or they don't.

There is nothing unclear about alliances posting or not, however your statement was not about clarity but was about and I quote "We haven't let go anybody and we aren't holding anybody." Your statement was about letting allainces get out of the war. Now you obviously are letting alliances off your attack list, or why are you bothering to ask them to post?

You do not know the policy's of alliances, you assume you know the policies, hence the requirement for alliances to post to avoid being on HR's target list. So please sTrUmF666, you as a representative of HR, have let alliances go... and by that same token, HR is holding every alliance and empire that has not posted on your target list. Unless you are staying that Robe, as a representative of HR does not speak for you all?

Now, if each HR alliance must confirm that alliances and empires are out of their target list, I apologise, and will expect you, as a curtsey to warn Eternal Knights and others who have posted that they are not off HR list because Robe only speaks for D2D, not for Yggdrasil and the other confirmed members of HR.

If you already know, what is the point in creating this thread? Then you can post the list.

Ah here's the thing, we are requesting confirmation from HR on your members, something you are loath to give. Therefore until we get it, this thread provides the opportunity for alliances who are not involved to state publically that they are not involved.

If you want this thread closed sTrUmF666 then simply list all member alliances of HR and end this argument. That will close all questions and if on hand, I will personally close the thread.

Every alliance decides for itself if it wants to be a part of human resistance. That is called free will. No HC can force an alliance into it. No confusion about it on our part.
We do not have an attack list with any alliance on it apart FUALL yet, since you are so proud of your policies that whole server knows about. We have clearly stated who will we hit (MAD attack policy) and didn't say we presume everybody is on that list until posts otherwise. But everybody can post and won't be hit until their actions prove their post was not honest. And the first threat in our thread was made by guess who, yours faithfully, Mr. Q. And repeated many times.
I am not against this thread, I believe it will serve it's purpose more or less. Depends what will be posted about. For deciding who is good and who evil perhaps a more suitable thread would be appropriate and this one put into Colosseum, where I believe it belongs, but that is just my opinion.

If your gonna use the whole "these alliances are bigger than DDE why not mass them instead of smaller ones" then try not to use Perg based alliances as your argument.
