The chain of command has been made abundantly clear:
Admin Collective - The Boss.
Mod Admin - delegates authority to Global Mods in various sections
Global Mod - Section specific - rules can be enacted by them
Section Mod - rules are enforced by them
If you have a question to ask Jack, ask Jack. I think that's easy enough?
