Too Few Targets for Effective Mission.

How many weapons does one need in order to lose them through sabbing?
I think this is kinda lame really.
I myself will say so wheter I think an opponent has enough targets or not.

Its not that I don't believe.

The problem is that you aren't sending enough covert power... its the same as last era... cov power - target AC power = damage done
