Race ranks suggestion

I'm going to try to support this idea along with MS tech's idea on irc meeting(s) with admin, if some people in favour of them could come as well to help me trying to convince admin about it?

I hnk it should be amount of members not power, becuase of AC you know i had this guy saying after he ascend he is going to buy level 32 AC and put 200mill units in it, thats just over 500trill worth of power.

Race ranks

-More then 5 members to be seen in the ranks.
-All races listed.
-More the 30 - 50 members to get Race Leaders
-More then 100 members to get Race functions

- Bank
-Mass race message from leaders
-Race wars can be declared.
-Races can be searched by name.

Yup.

Numbers needed on your list MIGHT appear a bit big, but it promotes the fact of avoiding a race/single player and gives the point to unite under fewer races.
