Mate, you can delete the market. It doesn't matter.
Reasons:
Can i attack someone?
Can they withdraw and leave out as much naq as they want/have?
Can i get in-contact with them on MSN?
If all of those are Yes, then you can not remove the problem. Irrelevant what you do to the market.
Even limiting how much Naq you can take in 1 hit. It can still be done.
