I'm curious which one is the most effective between both (maximum natural energy capacity vs attack skill/attack force) to do maximum damage to enemy in an ascendedattack, despite their constitution, absorbtion etc...?
I mean by that, which one has to be worked on the most, to avoid a big reduction on damages made by your own TOC on enemy.
