I would like the users opinion of it, if the users have any RIGHTS on these forums.

please, no mod input, i would like to see what the users say,
not to create a negative atmosphere , but to see the users thoughts as a whole.

Yes users do have rights.... some have rights to bully.

Everyone here should have equal rights as long as it's within the rules of the forum. Moderators and Admins should also have equal rights as Users.
