I can see where you are coming from, however, the Ombudsperson has no obligation to take in anyone's opinion on matters besides the staff and the user(s) involved.
So as this issue is ont directly involving me then he has no obligation to listen.
However, the statement Mordack made provides me with no confidence of being treated fairly and neutrally in my own Ombudsperson issue.
