I disagree.

There was a "checker" put inplace to log unsuccessful reclaims of recently stolen planets.

I do not know why you continue to claim that the normal attack logs would have helped as they do not contain the information requiered to even confirm or replicate the bug.

All you see there is:

X stole a planet from Y on MMDDYY

Unsuccessful attempts at taking the planet back were NOT logged. They are logged now though.

I honestly do not see how this is helpful to even confirm the bug. Can you explain that to us please?



I also do not understand, what makes a planet bought with $ worthy of more protection that a planet found by your MS or stolen from someone else?

To the best of my knowlege I never made a claim that the attack logs would help in any way, shape, or form. I pointed out his lack of concern about it happening to those BEFORE me, his lack of concern when it happened to me and was Immediately brought before him, and the way it was weeks/months LATER that he put his so called "checker" in place. Which by the way hasn't stopped it happening again. I also stated the truth when I said he will not refund you even tho its real $$ you are investing in his game and in doing so expect some form of customer support which does not exist. That is something I as a player and a person would want to know before I used real $$ on a game expecting some form of customer support that doesn't exist.

As for normal planets versus regular planets WHO has said their is a difference? Only you seem to imply that because I do not. I do however expect an admin to have basic levels of customer servises if he expects to keep a game alive, and considering how many $$ making updates he has put in place recently one might think he would up his low level of customer servise atleast.

as for admins low level of costumer service the few instances where i have had problems they where always quick and i was always statisfyed ... im just saying you hear alot of people complaining but you wont hear about any success stories

True. You always hear about planes crashing, but you don't hear the hundreds of thousands that land safely every single day.

Though, major bugs that crop up should be fixed quickly
