Just a thought about perg

If this has been said before then i apologise but i cant find any headers regarding perg so heres a thought.

Everyone moans about perg stat builders and such and they wont come out and play..........

So hows about every six months or so anyone that has been there for 3 months are automatically booted to main for one month, that way we could see how they cope in the real gatewar universe instead of talking big and refusing to come play with us all

Nice idea but by going on vacation just before they are booted, and come back from it, when they can get back in, it sorta by-passes it.

Really, there should just be no rank in perg. It's designed for slower game play. No need to force people into our realm, just don't allow them to get rank. Then all they do is build meaningless stats

Agreed.

But the thing is, perg is now a completely different game to main...

Why cant admin just remove the possibility to vac from perg, and not being able to vac for a week coming out of perg.

This could work, but they could still PPT for 8 days when they leave, and go back in without consequence.

I don't think this should be done. Why should people whom choose to play a certain way, get forced not to. Would Perg really be that big of an issue if there was no ranking in there?

make it so it cost 3 MT to realm shift back to the normal plane.
Its pretty simple to fix, we all know people abuse the hell out of perg. Why not make a random booting machine? could be hell fun watching maelstrom members getting random booted with juicy stats. The random boot could use all 3 (or to the maximum) amount of market turns. Vac is disabled for a week. Also possibly make random boot for players over the perg limit.

Then why not just remove perg altogether, as many smaller players run to perg after being massed to rebuild. If adminJ implements ^^, who would go to perg anymore?

so it seems we ban perg or ban alliances in perg or only allow players to enter perg if theyre under lg and 20 mill army and once they go above that limit they get moved to main

I'm sorry. Did i say to strip there MS, to strip their UP, to strip their planets, to strip their Lifers, to strip their techs?

There would be a purpose for new players to go there. To establish things like a UP, a half decent MS, maybe some good planets, and buy all their techs, before facing the Main Realm...
