Can't attack an account not on vac, or deascended.

Happened a few times with this account i'm trying to attack. The account is ranked not Deascended and not on vac, i just keep getting this message.
Search as you may, you cannot find the target on this plane. Maybe they took a vacation.
Its been happening the last few weeks and i keep saying i'll post in the bugs section and have forgotten but today i've remembered.
The id is 7813 if someone else could see if they can attack from there account would be great, if its just me who can't attack i'm not too bothered that i can't, just didn't want someone to have a free ppt up there and to not be attacked ever. ~T~

I think it has something to do with re-ascended Daimons.
