ok so i was messing around, went to the race change or something and it seems i have descended all the way to nothing....can any1 plz tell me what has just happened!!!

You may of changed your race tech to a non ascended one?

Did you read all the warnings?
The only way to fix it is to ascend again and you go back to being an ascended race with all your ascended bonuses
