Custom title for my account

2009-quit sgw(destroyed my account)
2010-created new account

ive been playing sgw for over 3 years now(with my old acct for 2.5yrs and with my new acct for 1yr). so, can i get a custom title (accts older than 3yrs have one)
proof: if u dont believe me, see my forum account's joining date.
