unconstitutional:
First Amendment to the constitution:
Congress shall make no law... ...abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press...
the Internet counts as the "press"

while I agree with what you are saying there are several examples of things that have happened throughout history that where and are unconstitutional, it doesn't stop big brother from releasing propaganda that make ill-informed citizens in to believing we need to censor and then going forward with the movement despite the fact its not a decisions that can be made based on "majority". American government is a republic form of government which means any law, act, ect has to consider the "minority" needs. However it just goes to show it happens despite all the obstacles which are in place. For example Presidential Executive Orders, which from my knowledge goes far back as Abe Lincoln, are unconstitutional, but for some reason are in effect. Presidential executive orders, allow the president to declare war, which has happened since and after world war II, when it states in the constitution that congress is suppose to declare states of war. So while I agree with you, it doesn't mean **Filtered** to the media or politicians.
