Possible Future Era Idea

okay this idea will probably never fly but i feel like sharing. (I’m not really a numbers guy so if i throw any in they would just be a point of reference also a few things (all realy) I’m adding in as options)

The No Naq Wave

Thru a freak aberration during the Quantum verse creation there were no Naquada deposits created anywhere. This has of course has gone completely unnoticed by the inhabitants who have no clue what Naq is and so they have created a different way of life then is accustomed by the visiting warmongering floating hands that seem to try and guide them in their daily lives.

Changes

All things that once required Naq for purchase are now "researched" or "fabricated" by your Units, no untraining.
Untrained units dictate how fast your UP increases(cause well frankly what else do they have to do?) also they give a small bonus to all production/research fields (temp workers) so say 1 trained unit gives 100 pnts, an untrained would give 100/2/X (the 2 being the normal Half given for untraineds, x being however many fields there end up being for training)

Soldiers/Supers
UU is assigned to being a soldier (Attack/Defense) and are promoted to being a Super thru one of two ways (pick one or maybe both these are options) Surviving combat gives chance at promotion, or time spent as Soldier causes X% to be promoted.(supers also much less likely to die in combat)

Covert/anti covert
troops trained as C/AC effect C/AC level research (maybe easiest way to do it is you have to have X amount trained to reach X level and you keep that level even if your C/AC get killed)

Miners

For some reason even without naq around people still have the urge to dig in the dirt. Which allows the creation of Bunkers for UU and plantery defenses.(the old school tech things)


Attacks
assuming your attack is strong enough that it would have stolen naq, instead it now Kills units instead (which field you want to attack would be selectable) all attacks kill some UU but bunkers allow potions to be kept safe at all times (more miners = more room in bunkers)

Sabs/assassinations
sabs work the same for the most part, except they can also be told to assassinate workers instead of just destroying things.

there are issues i know but could be interesting, people would have to be active and there would be much more attacking going on (only way to speed up super training is to attack more so if you want the most supers possible you will want to be aggressive)

To be honest dont like it all that much. Seems to be a little too complicated for the non hardcore player. I would suggest something like a bank and weapon resale revlot so all naq must be spent straight after farming and not being able to be stored.

yea is pretty complicated but idea popped in wanted to share.

only problem with no resale would hurt people with small banks from getting higher Covert and AC levels
