Okay newbie question time.

If your rank 0 - can you raid anyone in the server, or only ranks 1-10?

no you cant raid at all as far as i'm aware but you can attack for naq

'should' be able to raid ranks 1 to 10, as 0 (your rank) + 10 = 10, but ive never tried it (for obv reasons)
