0 strike gets rank 30k for strike and 0 covert depending on level gets you 20-40k so about rank 18k maybe

thus rank 1,081 would allow you to raid down to rank 10,820

You can only raid down to 10x (your rank + 10)

Rank with no strike would probaly be in the 7000-8000 range.

That would let you raid anyone worth raiding in the game there only 78000 in the game
