OK guys, I'm glad i didn't see this when it first got posted.. the forum trash talk and bs is soo...3 years ago.. Wars get started for whatever reason, usually they get started by massing the crap out of someone and then posting here in the GC.. No reasons are necessary in any case. Vodka wanted to get stronger, they tried to recruit some of us. Well, we found out with our war with Delta that the number of members doesn't matter. It's the strength of will (and fast internet connection) that make a war fun and make your alliance strong.

I was trying to put off war for a while so I had time to make some announcements to our friends, allies and honored opponents forums about the changes our recent wars inspired us to make but...we did some recruiting ourselves after our last war and..well.. if you recruit a dog of war you cant keep him on a leash for long... He has to do what he is trained to do..war.. I guess I will make our announcement here about out changes...

T I T A N S has always been a very diplomatic and peaceful growth Empire. Over the years we have had some really great members but, as always, wander lust takes over and they end up leaving us for a more aggressive playing style. For this reason we have made some changes within our empire so that we can give our members what they want.

T I T A N S League has and always will be our training alliance. Usually this is people that are completely new to the game and just getting started out.

T I T A N S Legacy has been created and is now our mid level ascending alliance.

T I T A N S (our main alliance) has always been the diplomatic head of the Empire where still we are generally peaceful and diplomatic in our dealings with others.

T I T A N S Legion, formerly our mid level training alliance has now be reformed and elevated to stand next to T I T A N S main as the warring branch of our Empire. Flying the T I T A N flag and still playing with the same core beliefs of T I T A N S fighting with respect for other players and with honor.

We have not, to my knowledge aggressively sought out war with others and usually turned down fun wars with people because everyone seemed to be confused about the different roles our alliances played and we have generally stayed peaceful going to war only when provoked. It was this that we were known for. When war came to us, we did not back away from it but sought to remain peaceful. This made us strong, gave us time to grow, but in the end it was this that also caused us to loose our members because they wished to be aggressive. The changes we have made by elevating T I T A N S Legion to stand as our war branch gives us the chance to give our members the opportunity to remain peaceful and diplomatic or peruse a more aggressive style of playing without having to leave their home in T I T A N S.

I take my had off to Vodka for standing their ground and fighting back. This is a war game and no matter the reason someone wants to war you, you should always enjoy it. No matter if you win or loose a war, fight with honor and respect and your opponents will do the same and it is THAT that makes this game fun and worth all the hours it takes raiding and farming worth while.

I am sorry to say I can not enjoy dancing with you Vodka. I have some real life issues I have going on at the moment and would not be able to dedicate enough time to the game for you guys to have fun with me. I do hope you give my minions a hard time and both sides have fun.

I am not on vac on ascended and will be more than happy to dance with you guys there.... Ascended is much slower and I wont have to dedicate as much time to it as main. Since you guys seem to outnumber us by more than 2 to 1, I might have to show some love up there.

I have to say, i love to drink you guys.. Made some cherry bombs for my birthday friday and was drinking the Vodka from it on the street in Rome Saturday.. damn good stuff.. Absolute Vodka obviously... Have to admit Absolute Boston is my fav...

Anyway, keep posting those kills. I love to see everyone slaughtering...The bloodies bodies make my nipples hard! <GRIN>
