Ascended Bonus

Really newbie question but does this include mothership?

Say Elder Ancient God gets +35% bonus, does this add 35% to an unascended MS?
I was a daimon with 35% bonus but now unascended race to gain G and R, just curious if it will go up 35% when i ascend.

The bonus doesn't affect MS except maybe the first ascension.

Bonus never effects Mothership, after your first ascention the weapons, Shields and fleets all change to ascended ones (meaning more power) after that though thats it no extra bonus.
