I was walking past a guy in my library at uni a few years back, and was pretty sure I saw him logged in (he was a replicator) ... Where you that guy at LJMU?

I find it odd to think that people in my street, town, city, postcode, are playing this game, but it must happen. I say this because Wolf359 turned up in my neck of the woods this weekend, very odd! And also, I have haven't said or done anything in a while so figured this would stop all the "with deepest sympathy of your passing...." cards I've been getting in the post.

I thought Wolf359 was on active service, do you live in a warzone ? Oh wait.. Liverpool that explains it




2 guys in a Solicitors office I worked at 6 years ago were talking about trading UU for Naq, I said 'what the hell are you on about', they showed me the game and that night I registered, a month later I massed the one guy I worked with ( never did like him lol ), think his ingame name was Johnboy. If anyone remembers him, he was an annoying little IT geek in RL lol

I once met up with an old SGW friend named Ozrix in Rhode Island when I travelled accross the United States...talking about SGW in public is always something that I've kinda been embarrassed about...wrongly or rightly...but that's a pretty cool story

Sitting in a lecture, logging onto gatewars. Glanced at the guy beside me, who is on the registration page...

Ha.. That happened to me too. And one time, in tutorials, the tutor put my monitor output on the big screen. That was somewhat embarrassing.

Personally, never happened to me, but considering I didn't bring my laptop in university, and that there's barely anyone from my country playing this game..the odds would have been too small for it to happen to see someone next to me playing this game.

also yeah my officer lived 2 blocks from me and his brother also played and we have known eachother for a good 20 years now
