Some Ascending Questions Not Answered in the Guildes

I have two questions about ascending, one about full SS and one about planets.

When ascending for the first time, is full SS granted for ascending, or do I need to purchase it with my first 1001 G&R earned?

Also, when ascending, what happens to the planets and mothership that you own? Do they just disappear or do they get taken along with you? And if they are kept, is there any sort of stat bonus penalty?

You get SS when you ascend for the first time. However you do have the option for trading 1,001 g&r for SS if you want to keep your resources when you go through your first ascension.

MS and planets stay with you and there is no stat penalty, but if you have MS Tech lvls then you will lose those.
