Alliance Link

Hope this hasnt been posted before, i did a search but couldnt find anything related.. its a very simple suggestion

when we join an alliance on our Command Page we see the alliance we have joined,

is it not possible to have that as a link?

the same way the leader can link the alliance name to the alliance home page on the alliance rankings page..

it'll be very convinient, so we can access our alliance home page directly from our Command Center

Just bookmark your alliance forums in your browser it doesnt take much effort, and is just as easy for you to acess then as it would be as going to it from your base page.
Keep smiling it makes people wonder what your up to.

I like it... It's one of those simple little things that help out :).

And it'd take minimal code too... just <a href = "alliances.php?aid=<? echo $aWWW; ?>"><? echo $aName; ?></a>... Something along the lines of that :).

More like

<?php $aid = mysql_result(mysql_query("SELECT * FROM `users` WHERE `id` = '".$id."'"),null,"alliance");
if($aid != null) {
<a href=<?php print(mysql_result(mysql_query("SELECT * FROM `alliances` WHERE `id`='".$aid."'"),null,"site")); ?>>
<?php }
print(mysql_result(mysql_query("SELECT * FROM `alliances` WHERE `id`='".$aid."'"),null,"name"))
if($aid != null) {
print("</a>"); }

:D

(And the coder rivalry begins....) :-D

it is, a simple thing which would save time.
also promotes alliance forum activity which is good for every alliance. every alliance player clearly knows where their alliance webpage is

alliance rankings click on your alliance name and you go to their forum :-D

(as long as the leader of said alliance has input the url to the forum)

Honours and Awards

Actually, the alliance name on the command center already has a link under it, if you're the leader. That said, that one could be moved around. I'm more interested in getting the alliance name that shows up next to a persons name in the rankings, be a direct link to their memberlist.

As soon as you build an idiot proof system, somebody else builds a better idiot.

If it moves, kill it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does move, and then kill it.
