Was rank 0, but can't be hit to take any naq from. Tried hitting a member of TA so I hit him back to take the 100 bil he has out on a 0 defense, yet my attacks go through and I get nothing, no hologram either.

He could have been banned just after he hit the TA member...

they probably just got off vac or something and turn change had to re-categorize their status.
Wait for another turn change and see if they get ranked

ID 1988222 is still rank 0, but generating naq and still able to be attacked
ID 1988221 still seems to be farming, only stat is a small strike

I would also look at these following sequential IDs:

1988223
1988224

Look at the usernames and race names and alliance name. All very similar direction as the two mentioned above. i suspect these to be multi accounts. I can shoot off an email to AdminSue about it.
