Hmm vulturing... always a tricky one, definitions vary, and war cant make people immune to farming

Personally I would say occasional sweet hits when you come across them in the rankings, fine, if you dont take them the enemy would so no harm no foul

BUT

Adding people at war to a 'farm list' because they are at war, checking an alliance at war each turn constantly hitting them, or worst of all targeting an alliance at war for repair naq when they are fighting........ that in my book is vulturing, and it provokes and justifies a response.

Personally i dont have a problem with that wether its being done to me or by me, but I do agree with mezz on the farming bits.

Well that was fun while it lasted. Built a 189 tril strike for dazman's 155 tril defense. I lost about 150 mil supers, dazman lost about 75 mil supers? An annoying little rugrat from another alliance kept sniping my repair naq the whole way which slowed me down...but hey, can't give excuses. Well played repairing and sad to see you PPT. I was a damn good sab target so admittedly I would have been PPTing pretty quick too haha.
