Does perg remove covert phasing/nox phasing?

you can only use 60 turns on someone per turn or day(someone clarify please) so nox phasing becomes irelevant. not sure about covert phasing

I actually meant being covert phased BEFORE you enter perg...

yeah theres still a limit on the turns you can use, 60 at's per day and you do phase as well, tried it to find out !
